ADA / ACCESSIBLE SEATING
The Dacotah Bank Center reserves seating for guests with visual and mobility impairments. To ensure we provide the best service, contact our administrative team directly to discuss and identify any needs and/or concerns you may have. If special ADA accommodation is requested, contact our administrative team directly at least 72 hours prior to the start of the event.
There is ADA / accessible seating on all levels of the arena, which include: the floor, lower level and upper level.
All ADA / accessible seating locations will provide a clear viewing of shows and events. All accessible seating positions will be exclusively reserved for guests who are wheelchair users or have severe physical limitations. Accessible seating is available on a first come first serve basis.

ASSISTIVE LISTENING DEVICES (ALD)
Assistive Listening Devices are available at the Active Heating Box Office located in our main lobby. These listening devices amplify information broadcast through our in-house sound system; they do not necessarily provide play-by-play service to a live event. To ensure we provide the best service, contact our administrative team directly to discuss and identify any needs and/or concerns you may have. If special ADA accommodation is requested, contact our administrative team directly at least 72 hours prior to the start of the event.
AUTOMATIC DOORS
Automatic doors are located on our main lobby doors. This is the Dacotah Bank Center public entrance.
DROP-OFF AND PICK-UP
Guests can be dropped off and picked up along our main access drive which is located directly in front of the Dacotah Bank Center public entrance.
ELEVATOR
The elevator is located on the East end of the Concourse, near the Active Heating Box Office. The elevator grants access to the East and South side mezzanine level only.
EMERGENCY EVACUATION PROCEDURES
All Dacotah Bank Center staff are trained in proper procedures for emergency situations. In the event of an emergency, the Dacotah Bank Center team members have been trained and instructed to assists guests in evacuating the facility. It is a good idea to identify emergency exits closest to your seat location. Guests are asked to remain calm and follow the instructions of the Dacotah Bank Center team members and/or the public address announcer.
FIRE ALARMS
Emergency warning systems are equipped with both audible and visual strobe alarms.
INTERPRETERS
The Dacotah Bank Center will provide interpreters to assist hearing impaired guests. All requests for interpreters must be provided to our administrative team directly at least thirty (30) days prior to the event.

KULTURECITY
Staff at the Dacotah Bank Center are trained to recognize guests with sensory needs and how to handle a sensory overload situation. Sensory bags – equipped with noise canceling headphones, fidget tools, verbal cue cards and weighted lap pads – are available at the Ticket Office for guests who may feel overwhelmed by the environment.
Staff are trained and certified through KultureCity's sensory inclusive program. Sensory sensitivities or challenges with sensory regulation are often experienced by individuals with autism, dementia, PTSD and other similar conditions. One of the major barriers for these individuals is sensitivity to over stimulation and noise. With our KultureCity certification, the Swiftel Center is now more prepared to assist guests with sensory sensitivities in having the most comfortable and accommodating experience possible when attending an event.

PARKING
Parking for guests with disabilities is available in our main lot.
The Dacotah Bank Center parking lot is located on the South side of the facility. Handicap parking for guests with disabilities is available in our main lot. The main entrance is located directly across from the parking lot, with an access drive in-between.
On event days, attendees are strongly encouraged to arrive early. Additional parking is usually available and recommended in the immediate area. Please be aware when many guests are expected in the vicinity of the Dacotah Bank Center there will be a high volume of pedestrian traffic crossing streets leading to the facility. Please use caution.

SERVICE ANIMALS
Trained guide dogs or service animals are permitted in the Dacotah Bank Center. The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) defines a service animal as any dog, such as a guide dog or signal dog, that is individually trained to do work or perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability. This includes psychiatric service animals that are individually trained to provide service to individuals with psychiatric or neurological disabilities, such as preventing or interrupting impulsive or destructive behaviors. Service animals must be harnessed, leashed or tethered at all times, unless special circumstances exist, and will be required to rest in the seating area of the individual with a disability, rather than in the aisle.
TEMPORARY DISABILITIES
If you have a temporary disability/injury and you have already purchased tickets to an event, contact our administrative team. We will make the necessary arrangements for you to attend the event in a comfortable and enjoyable manner. When calling, please have the event, date, section, row and seat information available. Please ensure you are contacting our administrative team at least 72 hours prior to the start of the event.

TICKET INFORMATION
Our Active Heating Box Office personnel will have a proper understanding of our facility to provide adequate information to guests with questions about seating areas. Accessible seating will be clearly mapped on our seating charts.

WHEELCHAIRS
The Dacotah Bank Center offers wheelchair assistance for all events on property. Please let our event services team know if you need assistance. Please be aware that our staff will not remain with you during the event. The Dacotah Bank Center has a limited number of wheelchairs and guests will not be allowed to remain in the wheelchair for the event’s duration. Wheelchairs are on a first come first serve basis.
